Encompassing some 70+ employees the UK Research and Development department is a key part in the global R&D resource
With group investment dedicated to Research and Development, this emphasizes how R&D is an essential part of the UK business.

The R&D department is structured to cover the following disciplines; Hardware and Embedded Software, Software Systems, Mechanical Design, Test and Validation. The focus of the team is the development of single and polyphase electricity meters, gas meters and prepayment software systems for the UK and International market.

The UK team is dedicated to developing new and exciting products to cope with the demand of a fast changing energy industry.

Within the R&D department is a dedicated support group who focus on supporting the requests of our customers and their product requirements.

The UK R&D team has also been instrumental for the design and development of the products for our UK Smart Metering Initiatives.
